In the kitchen, I try to combine fun with learning and multitasking, as it is crucial to be an efficient cook. I never teach something I haven't tried and succeeded at, and I always do my research prior to the lecture. I explain methods and possibly show them before letting the student try, but I would never continue onto the next one before making sure the student understands.
After I started living on my own, I had to learn how to cook. I have no previous tutoring experience, however, I consider myself quite a good cook. My lack of experience would also reflect on the prices of the lessons.
My Slovak was stilted and I couldn’t find the support I needed online. Thanks to Matej, I now speak conversational basics with confidence.
