About Caroline
My name is Caroline and I am 22 years old. Along with majoring in biology at UGA, I have also worked as a Physical Therapy Technician, a few service industry jobs, and am very involved in college clubs. My mother is a teacher and I spent many days with her students helping her teach, or offering one-on-one help. I have also been a babysitter since I was 15 and often offered tutoring as a service. When I'm not in the classroom, I enjoy crocheting, reading, running, and dancing! Learning is also one of my biggest hobbies and you can usually find me listening to the Science of Everything podcast or learning a new language (Russian currently)! I was a tutee growing up and truly understand the struggles that students face. I am very passionate about helping students understand that (as cliche as it is) learning can be fun!

As someone who was in tutoring a lot myself, I strive to understand the best way a student learns and tailor the session to those learning styles. I have methods for hands-on learning, lecture-style teaching, visual learners, and so many more! My typical lesson plan begins with a check-in both academically and mentally. I believe that feeling confident in the classroom is key to learning. I incorporate games, practice problems, and teach effective study habits for students to carry with them throughout their academic careers. I am open to tutoring elementary school to undergraduate levels and have had experience with all ages. I am so excited to meet with you and share my love of learning!
