About Xi
I previously have tutored fellow students of the same cohort and junior students in Japanese by doing speaking practises with them and editing their written responses. With my advice, their accuracy has improved and are able to construct more sophisticated pieces of writing using a wider range of grammar and vocabulary. Currently, I am studying Japanese at a professional level at UNSW, and have completed Japanese Advanced B to a Distinction level. I am enthusiastic and approachable and will work at my students' pace!

I believe that Japanese is a language which you become proficient at through regular usage, thus during my lessons, I will be conducting speaking practises with my students and giving advice on the type of expression you should use for different question scenarios.
I also have comprehensive Japanese notes for both continuers and extension courses (grammar points, vocab, and expressions) which I will be able to provide my students with during our lessons.
