About Charlotte
My name is Charlotte, I'm 18, and I'm about to graduate high school (thank god). I'm good at writing essays; my friends ask me for help often. I love sports (volleyball, skiing, basketball, tennis, squash, etc). I have a younger sister and a dog, and I grew up in NYC, which is my favorite place ever, though I live in Connecticut currently.

I have a formula for writing essays, depending on the assignment. I will identify where the student is in the writing process and help them to create a plan so that they can continue to work as independently as possible to create their best work. I am also skilled at proofreading for grammar and flow once an essay is completed. I would be most helpful to middle school or high school students. I am versed in shakespeare and have edited many college essays. I will be going to Vassar College in the fall and have years of experience formally and informally tutoring/helping kids write essays and understand literature. I am supportive and want to guide each student to produce their best possible work as independently as possible, teaching broader skills to set students up for independent success.
