About Polina
Despite my current level of schooling (part of high school), I am qualified to teach at the mentioned levels due to my experience tutoring classmates in the past, advanced or honors level classes, and extremely high scores in the mentioned categories from a young age. I also write a significant amount in my free time, totaling over 160k words (500 pages printed) for one continuous story in less than two years, in addition to maintaining a high GPA and my ownership of a school club. I will not disappoint!

These lessons are for students in grades 12 and below (ages 18 and below) who speak English at a conversational level or higher and find themselves struggling with the skills outlined below, are simply looking for ways to improve, or are searching for a proofreader.
I'm able to teach key skills involved in creative writing, essay writing, analysis, and more. We may do this by writing or reviewing sample essays or parts of essays/stories, so you can learn in real time how to construct them.
I am also able to teach argumentative skills, including separating bias from work and analysis. I do this through a variety of exercises in formulating arguments from different perspectives and with different given information. This skill is incredibly helpful in all classes, including ELA (for argumentative/persuasive essays) and History (for understanding causes and motivations for events).
