About Derek
I'm a fellow 16-year-old student in one year ahead of my age (I am in grade 12 instead of grade 11 in Canada), and weirdly, I enjoy schoolwork. I believe teachers can overcomplicate things (they might have other stuff occupying their mind), and I believe I can relate more simply to explain Chemistry 20, Chemistry 30, Math 30, Math 20, Physics 20, Physics 30. I am currently taking Physics 30 and Math 31. I currently tutor my friend, making him understand things he did not initially understand, and I believe I have this constant addiction to understanding fully what a concept is, and being able to explain

I am looking forward to teaching grade 10, grade 11, and grade 12 high school students. Our sessions will be fun, we will take things slow-paced or at any pace the session prefers, random chats to brighten up the mood before sessions, adequate examinations (to test), interactive videos, time for questioning, random chats to brighten up the mood before sessions. The work will not be too vigorous at first, and I will make sure the session is fun and interactive. I will also use analogies the students' age group will find interesting to hook their attention
