About Rachel
Lessons are structured to develop strong writing skills through clear instruction and guided practice. Students are taught how to interpret assignments, organize their ideas, and improve their writing with effective revision strategies.
Each session is adapted to the student’s needs and begins with identifying specific areas for improvement. We then work through the material with step-by-step explanations and targeted feedback so students understand not only what to fix, but why those changes matter. The focus is on building independent skills that carry over into future assignments.
My approach is patient, consistent, and detail-oriented. I ensure students fully understand each concept before moving forward and adjust my explanations to match different learning styles. I have worked with children and am experienced in supporting students who need additional clarity and structure to succeed academically.

Hi, my name is Rachel. My tutoring approach focuses on making English clear and easy to understand by breaking down assignments into simple steps and working through them together. I have worked with children and understand how to adjust explanations so they actually make sense for different learners.
A typical lesson starts by looking at what the student needs help with, then organizing ideas, improving writing, and making sure they understand the feedback so they can apply it on their own. I focus on building confidence and helping students feel less overwhelmed when facing writing tasks.
