About Roger
A little bit about me. I have worked as a professional actor across many different genres of theatre; Shakespeare, Pantomime, Musicals, Immersive, etc; and have had the pleasure of working at many renowned theatres across the country and the world: The Arts Theatre, Stephen Joseph Theatre, The Orange Tree, Southwark Playhouse, The Kings Head Theatre, The Park Theatre, and not only theatres but I was very lucky to have performed Hamlet in castles across Europe with TNT theatre company. So many different disciplines that I can share with you. I spent two years working for Disney in the original cast of 'The Lion King: Rhythms of the Pridelands' at the newly built Frontier Land Theatre in Disneyland Paris, playing the role of Pumba, a dream role. Film and TV has always been a great love of mine and I have worked for both, having been involved with projects for companies such as Disney, Marvel Studios, Amazon and Parkhouse Pictures. In 2022 I was nominated for an Audie Award as Best Male Narrator for my work on the audio book, 'North Sea Windstorm'. Voice work is a fantastic world to play in and I can also assist with how to set up a home studio or generally approach voice-over work. None of this would have been possible without my training at East 15 Acting School from 2007 - 2011 where I left with a BA (Hons) Acting (1st) degree. I was there four years due to going through the Foundation course before doing the three-year acting course. An incredible experience and I would not have changed it for the world. I fully believe that if you are offered a Foundation course then it is not lesser than getting on the BA course, it is a year in which you will be able to get to know yourself and prepare for what to expect from the Acting course. It is a great advantage and stood me in good stead for being prepared to re-audition and be accepted.

I have had the great pleasure of training with Roger at drama school, and working with him professionally several times since, both on screen and on stage. Roger is a highly accomplished actor, with over a decade's experience in theatre, film, audio and TV. He's a very versatile character actor, proficient at comedy, accents, improvisation and singing. I would think anyone who has the pleasure of being tutored by Roger is in very safe hands.
With many years of experience in the acting industry and having trained to the highest degree at one of England's leading Acting Conservatoires, I have no hesitation in recommending Roger as a tutor in this field, he has a wealth of expertise to impart and is a friendly and engaging person.
I’ve known and worked with Roger for over Eight years. He is very attentive and considerate, and always takes the time to listen and engage. I can highly recommend Roger as he is a consummate professional, polite with an amazing sense of humour.
