I'm a highly experienced mathematics teacher. I received my PhD in applied mathematics from Bauhaus university of Weimar, Germany. I've been teaching mathematics for almost 10 years.

About Fatemeh
I believe that there are five essential elements that are conducive to learning. (1) The teacher's role is to act as a guide. (2) Students must have access to learning materials and group activities as needed. (3) Students should be able to have choices and let their curiosity direct their learning. (4) Students need the opportunity to practice skills in a safe environment. (5) Technology must be incorporated into the learning process. I aim to bring an open mind, a positive attitude, and high expectations to the classroom each day. Also, in respect of the cultural diversity in Canada, I would prepare lesson plans always considering the interconnection between the student’s own knowledge, culture, background and learning abilities. I would also emphasize more on applications of mathematics and statistics in science and engineering during teaching, as I believe applications make mathematics and statistics more understandable, memorable and encourage student to continue learning.

My philosophy of education is that all student are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow mentally, emotionally, and socially. It is my desire to create this type of atmosphere where students can meet their full potential. I will provide a safe environment where students are invited to share their ideas and take risks.
I would like to teach Mathematics to be applied in students future career. My methodology and techniques is to make students motivated to learn Mathematics, make student eager and willingly to spend more hours to learn Mathematics and explain complex problems in a very simple and understandable language.
I follow the student and their parents demands and design the course based on the students needs, ability, background and culture, that makes me apart as a tutor.
I would like to work with high school, college and university level students.
