I provide lessons to all who are able to move! My programming is tailored based on the specificity and capability of each client, and my training method follows the principal of creating functional movement that incorporates as much of the body as possible. My programming is structured and periodised to allow each individual to see the progress they are making. Most importantly, the sessions are designed to be fun and challenging so that all can walk away with a real sense of achievement!
I am a Personal Trainer based in Bournemouth, specialising in a wide variety of training methods ranging from elderly population to elite athlete programming. I have worked in the industry for eight years, and worked at one of the most elite training facilities in the world based in Vancouver. My diploma incorporates aspects including nutrition, advanced training techniques and programming. Since then I have strived to expand my knowledge base by earning additional qualifications to maximise the quality of service I am able to relay to my clients.
