Dr. Michail Tsagkarakis was able to offer my son last minute intensive tutoring on the run up to his N5 Physics exam.

I study Civil Engineering at University and I had end of year exams approaching really fast that I was not prepared for at all due to unforeseen personal circumstances. I went to Michalis worried I would be unable to progress to the next year of my degree, however, luckily I found a genius that was able to solve all my problems!

Firstly he helped me with maths. He looked at all of my course material and created a plan that would give me the best chance of passing with only a very small amount of time left. Any questions I had were answered with detail and clarity, and there are most definitely no shortages of knowledge in any areas. There are no questions he can’t answer! Thanks to Michalis working his miracles I passed the class. He also tutored me for one of my Civil Engineering modules. Although this isn’t his specialist area he managed to use his vast knowledge to accommodate me and also allow me to pass this class. He looked at the content and we identified my weakest areas. He read and understood the content himself and he then taught me in a way that allowed me to understand it all in again such a short period of time!

Michalis did all this whenever suited myself. He would do lessons that would fit around my busy and changing work schedule. He even accommodated me when I was on holiday and it was a must I had a lesson, he did a skype call and taught me virtually and this was also very effective! If within a reasonable distance he may travel to you however going to Michalis’s home is a pleasure. He is great company and always very welcoming.

If you have physics/maths worries I would 100% advise you see Michalis, he is worth every penny!

Michalis tutored my son for Higher Maths in 2022-2023. I'm delighted to say that, in the course of that time, my son went from getting low marks (30-odd %) at several tests and his prelim, to an A at his final exam.

I particularly appreciated the care Michalis took in assessing my son's strengths and weaknesses at the start of their tutoring relationship. They then worked systematically through the whole curriculum and did a lot of targeted practice. He explained things very clearly and allowed my son to understand *why* he was doing things. He also focused on the need for attention to detail when answering maths problems - I'm certain this will have helped my son pick up extra points in his exam.

Michalis was reliable and good to deal with, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
