I am a highly motivated energetic, enthusiastic, empathetic data driven educator with a sound experience of teaching in international setting. I am very passionate about teaching as teaching is one of the noblest profession and a teacher teaches various other professions. I am adept at creating a learning environment that is engaging and interesting. I am adept at creating not only the lesson plans, assessments and inquiry based approach to learning but also helping students to connect with their own true potential. I believe that every student is unique and have different abilities and talents. My aim as an educator is to help students connect with their talents and interests by tapping into their potentiality and helping them enhance their creativity. It is very important for me as a teacher to spark the creativity of students through fostering empathetic and compassionate fun loving environment.

My endeavor as an educator is not only to enhance students academically but emotionally, mentally, socially and spiritually also. I use different instructional strategies as my aim is to create a learning environment that is engaging and interesting like group based, assessment based and active learning strategies. I devise lesson plans for elementary students, that are aligned to the academic standards of the organization. My typical lesson plan has steps that I follow. Before the learning begins, I see to it that every student is at his/ her learning zeal for which I set clear expectations and routine and procedures for the class. Setting objectives for the class based on Bloom's taxonomy is second step. I make it sure that they are communicated to students in clear explicit methods. I am adept at using evidence based explicit instructions by using Gradual Release of Responsibility method...I Do, We Do and You Do method. I model my instructions and make it sure that students understand them. In We Do, students do research based self directed learning and they share their knowledge. The creative innovative instructional strategies based on different data and different learning styles of students sets me apart as a tutor. My endeavor is to create a well engaging, safe and inclusive environment where students feel it is okay to make mistakes.
