About Megan
I currently live in York, where I have spent the last five years completing two degrees - a History BA and a Masters in Archaeology.
For one of these years I lived in Sweden and experienced a totally different academic culture and it inspired a passion to engage young individuals to enjoy learning and to take pride in their own developing critical thinking skills.
I am a friendly, bubbly and confident individual who understands how difficult studying can be - whether it is stress, burn out or just not 'getting it'! I want to be able to lend a hand and help others achieve the successes that I have - and for them to enjoy it too.

I hope to inspire young adults to think critically and creatively through engaging and fun materials and tasks. I believe learning should be interesting - not a chore!
Typical lessons are 1h minimum to ensure time to cover content and practice skills. These sessions explore a rang of learning techniques to ensure the best outcomes, these sessions are driven by the requirements of each student.
I've tutored undergraduates and GCSE students for the last two years and have enjoyed it thoroughly I love to share my own love of learning and hope to help students to enjoy learning and achieve the best results.
