About Wilfred
My name is Wilfred, aged 19 from London and Bath, living in Newcastle almost all of the time as a uni student. Although I have no teaching qualifications, I have had experience teaching my younger siblings and family friends English, to help with their school work, so I can provide good tuition for young students to help them excel to the top of their class in their subject.

Relaxed but authoritative. I focus on the students weakness and advise them on how to improve them. For example, with English, we would look at a specific aspect like creative writing and I would first identify their level by reading what they have done. I would see what they need to work on - e.g. they aren’t using enough vivid adjectives to make their story more captivating. Then we would look at what sort of words should be used instead of what they wrote and give a general picture of how to go about writing in a more captivating style.
