About Miranda
I hold a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Studies and a Master of Music in Vocal Performance. Over the past 6 years, I have worked with beginners, intermediate singers, and performance-focused learners. My journey in music began with curiosity about how the human voice can express emotion so deeply. This curiosity gradually became a professional path dedicated to teaching and performance development. I now focus on helping students find comfort and confidence in their own vocal sound.
My teaching approach is built on patience, clarity, and emotional understanding. I believe every voice develops at its own pace, so I never rush the learning process. Instead, I focus on building awareness, consistency, and trust in the student’s natural ability. I also adjust my methods based on individual learning styles, ensuring each student feels supported. This creates a safe and encouraging learning environment.
Outside teaching, I continue exploring vocal research, contemporary singing styles, and performance techniques. I also enjoy studying different musical cultures to broaden my understanding of expression. These experiences help me bring variety and depth into my lessons. My goal is to guide students toward vocal freedom, confidence, and artistic honesty.

My singing lessons focus on helping learners understand their voice as both a physical instrument and an emotional channel. I begin with breath awareness training, posture alignment, vocal placement, and resonance balance so students develop a healthy foundation. From there, we explore pitch control, tone stability, diction clarity, and smooth phrasing across different styles of music. I also include ear training exercises to strengthen listening awareness and musical response. Each concept is introduced in a calm and structured way so learners can build confidence step by step. The aim is to remove tension and replace it with natural vocal flow.
As students progress, lessons expand into expressive singing techniques such as dynamics control, storytelling through lyrics, emotional interpretation, and stage awareness. I use guided vocal journaling, simple improvisation tasks, and song breakdowns to help learners connect technique with feeling. Students also practice recording their voice to understand growth and refine self-awareness. These exercises encourage independence and self-reflection. Every activity is designed to make singing feel more natural and expressive.
Advanced learners work on vocal stamina, stylistic flexibility, and performance consistency. I help them prepare for auditions, recordings, or stage performances with structured practice plans. Each session focuses on strengthening both confidence and artistic identity. My goal is to help every student discover a voice that feels authentic, stable, and emotionally connected to music.
