About Zoë
I have an extensive background in bodywork, and currently train, work and explore in the realms of dance, somatic movement, touch, tantra, and holistic well being. My toolkit comes from continual learning and personal experience with learning how to come into re-connection with my own body.
I feel that everyone deserves to feel ease in being embodied in who they are.

Are you looking for a gentle and grounded way to come back into connection with your body?
My private tutoring sessions will be uniquely catered to your needs and can go a number of different ways.
I'm offering a blend of self massage tools, emotional regulation tools, somatic movement, holistic well being and grounding meditation practise.
This is for you if you want to learn how to connect to yourself and your body in a way that is easeful.
My approach is holistic meaning including all aspects of the self. With focus on self touch and self soothing, this is a wholesome way to find re-connection to your body and your self again.
