About Laila
I currently work as a HLTA in a school working closely with year 1 and reception children. I believe that if foundation of a child is strong in phonics children can learn more and understand more easily. I enjoy working with early years and year 1 children.

My teaching method is to make each lesson accessible and fun that children can nurture and enjoy their learning. I mostly use visual cards, flash cards to help children understand the concept easily. I believe in recap, introduce, teach and apply method.
