About Ekta
I am an IIM graduate currently working in corporate. In my childhood I faced a lot of difficulty in speaking and understanding English as I was studying in a tier 3 town and not a lot of resources were available. but growing up I used a lot of tips and tricks. some worked some didn't. I cracked CAT where my highest score was in English. I managed to complete My MBA with good grades. I am working as business analyst, but I like teaching and it's more than a hobby. because I know a lot of children face the same kind of difficulties and unable to express their concern.

First and foremost, I try to assess what students need and already know, if there is a need in setting up the base, I collaborate my teaching with the base work.
Example: If I have to teach a 6th class student the English chapters as per syllabus and I find the student is not able to communicate well due to vocab gap. I will include the vocabulary homework along with the chapters
Structure I follow: 5 min revision 30 min direct teaching 15 min brainstorming and 10 minutes doubts and discussion
I am an approachable teacher, since I am well versed in Hindi parents and students find no difficulty in sharing their concerns
