So this gentleman has been my mentor on my current project I'm doing in my professional career. He trained me on different workflows that I deliver now. He has a style of his own of the delivery and passing on of knowledge and information. He divides the lessons into optimum number of sessions and explains in the simplest way. Not only this he makes it sure that the mentee have successfully understood the concept or whatever he was trying to convey by asking questions or asking to reiterate whatever mentee has understood. He is good with giving analogies while mentoring. Besides being a good mentor, he has a good communication and interpersonal skills. I feel really good to have got the chance to work with him.
