About Ananya
- I am an incoming medical student, matriculating Fall 2026.
- I was a neuroscience major in undergrad and took all the prerequisite courses for medical school during these four years (Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Math, English etc.). I am happy to tutor on any of these subjects, college-prep, pre-med prep, MCAT prep etc.

- My undergraduate learning experience was NOT linear; I did a lot of independent figuring out to understand which study methods worked for me and which did not. Because of this journey, it is easy for me to understand individual student needs when teaching/tutoring and to create personalized study plans.
- For example, if the topic we are trying to cover this week is cell division. First, we would spend some time going over the context and purpose of cell division and making sure it makes sense at a high-level. Then we would zoom in to the terminology and specifics. Then we would incorporate active recall to ensure that the process and terminology are actually staying in your long-term memory.
