About Ryan
I’ve spent more than four years studying the Bible and biblical history in a focused, independent way. My approach centers on reading the text carefully in its historical and cultural setting rather than relying on institutional summaries or denominational frameworks.
This has given me a clear, practical grasp of the material that I use to help students understand what the text is actually saying. I’m organized, responsive, and serious about preparation. Lessons are straightforward and respectful of your time and goals, whether you’re building a foundation or working through more advanced questions.

My lessons are personalized and built around what you actually want to understand. After more than four years of intensive independent study of the Bible and biblical history, I focus on the text itself, its historical setting, and the original meaning of passages rather than repeating standard denominational or seminary talking points.
We can cover books of the Bible, key themes, difficult passages, or historical background—whatever fits your goals. Lessons are flexible for beginners who want a clear foundation or for people who already know the basics and want a deeper, more careful look. I keep sessions interactive, answer questions directly, and tailor the pace and topics to you.
