I currently teach online Spanish at Collin College in McKinney, TX. At first I was doubtful that the online experience would be effective. However, I have made great connections with my students and it is so rewarding to make a positive impact on their education.

Being a lifelong language learner myself, I have LOTS of tips and tricks to make learning a second language FUN and enjoyable. We all have different learning styles, so you have to try out several approaches: kinesthetic (get up and move as you practice), visual (take colorful and graphic notes), auditory (listen and repeat). I am a huge fan of embracing the Hispanic culture and encourage my students to enjoy the music, film, food and traditions it has to offer everyone.
