About Wren
I am an experienced piano tutor with 10 years of teaching students from schools, colleges, and professional backgrounds. My teaching philosophy combines patience, creativity, and personalised guidance, allowing each student to progress at their own pace while developing technical proficiency, musical understanding, and expressive abilities.
I have guided students through recitals, competitions, and graded exams, helping them gain confidence and recognition for their achievements. Lessons cover technique, sight-reading, music theory, improvisation, and performance skills, tailored to the student’s level and goals. I aim to make piano learning a fulfilling, engaging, and inspiring journey that nurtures both skill and a lifelong passion for music.

I apply the same approach to other subjects I teach, such as music theory and composition. My goal is to create an inspiring and motivating environment where students feel confident, capable, and excited to learn.
