About Zainab
I am an experienced and dedicated tutor with 5+ years of teaching and tutoring experience and a Master’s degree in Chemistry. I aim to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and confident in improving their skills.
My teaching approach is student-centred and goal-oriented. I adapt each lesson to the student’s level, learning style, and academic goals. I use clear explanations, worked examples, diagrams, interactive questions, worksheets, past papers, and exam-style practice to make difficult concepts easier to understand.
I teach through Zoom and Google Meet and use digital whiteboards, presentations, and a variety of reliable learning resources. For exam preparation, I use resources such as PMT, Save My Exams, Third Space Learning, and K5 Learning, along with curriculum-specific past papers and practice materials.
Lessons are usually 60–90 minutes, depending on the student’s needs. I teach Primary, GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level, and IB students, as well as undergraduate Chemistry students. I can support students with Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Physics, and General Science, including concept building, homework, revision, and exam preparation.
My goal is not only to help students achieve better grades, but also to develop their confidence, problem-solving skills, and genuine understanding of the subject.

I use a friendly, student-centred approach that focuses on making concepts clear, practical, and easy to understand. I first identify the student’s learning needs and current level, then adapt my lessons accordingly. I use clear explanations, examples, diagrams, practice questions, past papers, and regular feedback to build both understanding and confidence.
My typical lessons are 60–90 minutes, depending on the student’s age, subject, and learning goals. I also include time for questions and practice so students can apply what they have learnt.
I have 5+ years of teaching and tutoring experience and have completed my Master’s in Chemistry. I have experience teaching Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Physics, and General Science through online tutoring and school teaching.
My lessons are suitable for students from primary level to secondary/high school, including GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level, and IB students. I also support undergraduate Chemistry students and can tailor lessons for exam preparation, homework support, concept building, and general academic improvement.
