Tara is an amazing teacher. I had some previous piano experience but with lots of bad habits and a lack of theory knowledge. Tara has tailored our lessons to focus on the areas I needed to improve whilst learning and progressing my overall piano playing.

Tara’s music knowledge, abilities and tips and tricks for learning are all brilliant.

Being able to submit recordings and getting feedback throughout the week is great and means my lessons focus on learning and focusing on areas I need to give attention.

Tara’s online music student is lovely as all students get to interact, share recordings. Take part in challenges and zoom meets. It is such a supportive place.

Having retired, I wanted to learn piano and Tara was recommended by an internet contact.
Our on-line lessons are fun, motivational and focused. Between lessons I send Tara recordings of my playing, and her constructive feedback is v. useful. Chatting to Tara's other students via her studio chatroom is also good - its helps to laugh when that timing won't come right!

Tara has been teaching me piano for nearly a year now, and I really look forward to my weekly lesson. I'm progressing fast, enjoy the variety of music, and (most of all) it is fun.
