Methodology
Before I start my teaching, I used to know about the student's sittuation and concerntrate on individual to make a teaching plan. Usually, I prefer to give the lesson to students and then practise as soon as possible.It is a great way to them to grasp the key in lessons.
Experience
I am a student and I gave a lot of maths lessons to many students in China. And most of these guys made great progress and got good grade during the period I teaching. Within my tutoring time, I always make a teaching plan which concerntrate on individual and choose the way they can get used to it.
