About Chinmaya
I am a qualified International experienced Yoga Instructor. My aim remains to help an individual attain a healthy life and a balanced state of mind. I did my Yoga Teacher course from Yoga Alliance Mysore, and Master's in Yoga Therapy where I specialized in Pranayama, Meditation, Hatha Yoga Asanas, Yin yoga, Ashtanga yoga, flow vinyasa, hot yoga, power yoga, children yoga and Therapy yoga and yoga for corporate.
