I draw on nearly 10 years in all parts of the fitness industry both locally and internationally. I host an Hons degree in Sport Recreation and Exercise Science with Psychology as a second major.
I have been fortunate to have assisted, started and conceptualized 3 sports and health based business in various capacities.
