About Grant
I have 20+ years of experience: as a student training in multiple martial arts, as a semi pro and pro fighter stepping into the ring across the world, along side being a qualified instructor taking my students to the next level, passing my knowledge down to the next generation. I have trained under some of the best coaches that have taken their students to the pro stage around the world, including myself. Also, coaching GB teakwondo students enabling them achieve the high standards required to represent the country with pride. Passing on my knowledge gives me great joy knowing that the next generation will be stronger and more determined, igniting that inner passion to succeed and be better than the generation before.

I cater to all ages (4+) and fitness levels, the sessions and plans are perdonally developed around you and your goal. So whatever it is you want to achieve: improving fitness, getting fight ready, learning self-defence, kickboxing, boxing, muay thai or MMA I can help you do just that.
