About Andrea Dyanne
I’m Andrea, an Iowa-licensed Master Educator with over 10 years of teaching experience. I currently teach middle school Science and high school Chemistry in Iowa. I previously taught Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level Biology in China, and I have experience teaching students online. I hold a master’s degree in Teaching General Science and a bachelor’s degree in Biological Science. I enjoy helping students feel more confident by making challenging science topics easier to understand.

My online lessons are tailored to each student’s course, goals, and learning pace. We start by identifying the concepts they find difficult, then use clear explanations, visual examples, and guided practice to build understanding. I encourage students to explain their thinking, ask questions, and apply what they learn to new problems.
I tutor middle school Science, Biology, Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level Biology, and introductory high school Chemistry. Lessons can focus on understanding class topics, reviewing assignments, strengthening scientific reasoning, or preparing for tests. I provide constructive feedback and adjust each session based on the student’s progress.
