I meet Michele many years ago through common friends, every time that we meet up he cooks amazing food and create new recipes and dishes, he also knows probably all the classic Italian recipes.
He is a high skilled cook and sometimes we let him find in the kitchen only random ingredients and he create the most amazing and tasty dishes from scratch.
He usually buys very high quality ingredients and plays a lot with temperatures and timing, also made outstanding fusion compositions between Italian and Asian cuisine.

I got to know Michele through common friends as he cooked the food in a private dinner I went to. We also recruited him to cook other small dinners after that because we loved the food he prepared. In some of these dinners, he taught us how to make classic Roman pastas.

As he is Italian, his specialty is Italian food but is also skilled at cooking dishes from other cuisines - even Asian food!

He is a great tutor because he is very patient when he teaches cooking and also provides some history on certain dishes. He is also quite approachable so you can ask him the most beginner questions. Overall I would recommend him because he is a very knowledgeable chef with great taste and skills.
