I have around 2.5 years of training experience in combat sports and a strong interest in how fighters learn, make decisions, and manage pressure in sparring. Rather than teaching technique or claiming fight experience, my focus is on understanding behaviour through experimentation, reflection, and learning-based frameworks that complement gym training.

Drawing on the ecological approach, I explore how behaviour emerges from constraints, information, and environment rather than memorised techniques. Sessions emphasise experimentation, reflection, and adaptability to help fighters think more clearly and act more effectively in sparring.
