Lessons typically run 45–60 minutes, depending on your goals. Every session is structured to be efficient, engaging, and results-driven—whether it’s mastering technique, building strength, or reshaping lifestyle patterns. I hold extensive hands-on coaching experience with clients across all levels, from complete beginners to advanced athletes. My focus is on making training accessible, sustainable, and personalized for each individual.
