I take a highly structured and organized approach to teaching. Each lesson follows a clear plan, outlining the key steps needed to master the topic. I strongly believe in the power of practice problems—repetition is key to building confidence and proficiency.
For essay writing, I guide students through a detailed read-through, focusing on flow, structure, and clarity to ensure a well-organized and cohesive final product.
My experience includes interning with Teach For America, where I worked with 4th and 5th graders (ages 10-12), as well as tutoring the same age group at P.S. 125 in NYC. At the university level, I regularly review and edit essays for my peers.
Each tutoring session typically lasts between 45 minutes to an hour.
