About Angela
I have worked with both high school students and university students for more than 5 years at state libraries or UQ libraries. I have also worked with students from different levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). I usually help my students with school assignments, but I can also plan lessons for my students.

My values in teaching include making the student feel safe and enjoy the content they are studying. I want my students to gain confidence and believe that they are capable of doing everything they want to study about Japanese. In my lessons, I approach students' assignments by understanding their school contexts first, so I can guide their learning in the best directions possible. Whenever possible, I like to share videos or news articles about Japanese culture and social issues, because I think these sources help us understand the Japanese language and Japanese society!
