Methodology

My teaching method is based on my experience and know how as a financial journalist and editor, dealing with different cultures and understanding. I adopt a step by step approach with each student and the syllabus of each individual is carefully covered. I have a TESOL certificate and taught in Vietnam in 2019. Currently, I am teaching a Vietnamese English online

I am a financial journalist and editor with 25 years plus experience. I have edited financial publications in the UK, the Middle East and North Africa and Asia/Pacific. I continue to write and have just written a book. I have taught stuents as a tutor in English and drama, while at Guildhall School of Music and Drama. I also have a TESOL certificate and have taught English in Vietnam.

Significant team leadership and management experience, achieved by leading newsrooms and a team of journalists across Middle East and North Africa (MENA). Experience includes recruiting and hiring personnel, conducting annual staff assessments, staff training and mentoring, budgetary control and accountability and working closely with management, marketing and sales to develop ideas and lead projects to build and expand new business.
