About Amarta
My name is Amarta or you can call me Amy. I was born in Indonesia and used to love dancing around as a kid but was too afraid to pursue it at first. Now that I have been dancing for a while and feel more confident in myself, I have just started my teaching journey. However, I have realized that when I started off, it was hard to build that level of confidence to go to classes or even have the stamina and energy to get by. So let's build that up together, and I can create simple exercise dance routines based on YOU to help you feel better about your body and show you the importance and difference movement can bring about to it. Come train with me in sessions of Dance Zumba.

Hi there, In my Dance Zumba sessions, I aim to help you get your blood pumping, body moving, and spirit lifted, while also helping you connect with your feminine side. Each session, based on your preference, will either consist of high energy movements, slow and sensual body movements/steps or even a combination of both. In short, it would help build stamina, confidence, and joy through music. Plus, I will tailor routines based on your music preferences and comfort level. I will be accepting one-on-one sessions or small group classes (up to five people) for the same price. So whether you want to build on yourself or simply have fun with friends and family, I can help you with that through these routines.
