About Lexus
My name is Lexus Curtis, and I am a lifelong learner, a dedicated student and graduate with a BA in Justice Studies, and a 5-year Executive Assistant employed at one of Calgary’s most recognized post-secondary institutions. I am committed to maintaining professionalism, inspiring confidence in the educational journeys of learners of all ages, and helping students succeed in those journeys. I am looking forward to connecting with students of all ages and walks of life, and assisting with tutoring in the subject(s) of English/Language Arts.

As a tutor in English, my methodology is both personalized and student-focused, offering lessons at one's own pace and in reflection of a student's current goals, needs, and educational lessons (when applicable). I also offer generalized tutoring lessons based on a student's age and grade level. My tutoring lessons apply to students studying English and Language Arts at Elementary & Secondary Education levels (Grade 1 - Grade 12), as well as some Post-Secondary levels as well.
A typical lesson plan will be created in reflection of a student's goals, needs, and current educational lessons (when applicable), or a student's age and grade level when these goals and needs are not specified.
