About Katt
I am both a dedicated professional and a peer, deeply rooted in the communities I serve—musicians, street-involved women, youth, newly released , and others navigating similar challenges. Coming from a large, diverse extended family and community, I understand firsthand the complexities of life on the streets, having been involved myself as a young youth.
My journey has been shaped by personal loss—dozens of friends and family members lost to the ongoing social murder crisis. These tragedies have fueled my passion to make a meaningful impact through harm reduction and mental health support.
Having walked through many of the struggles faced by those I work with, I bring empathy, lived experience, and professional expertise to every interaction. I am committed to paying forward the services and support I once received, in hopes of saving lives, changing outcomes, and fostering hope.
My goal is to create a safe, understanding space where real change is possible—because I believe in the power of community, compassion, and resilience to turn the tide on this crisis.
