About Niralee
I have completed first year of Mathematics at BSc level and received a first class at 75%. I am now studying Economics at BSc Level and am predicted a first for this course too. I received an A* in mathematics and an A in economics at A-Level and have continued both subjects up to degree level, so I have a clear understanding of the development of both subjects from GCSE up until degree level and will ensure my tutees develop skills that will help them in each stage of their academic career so that they can receive the best results in every exam they give.
My teaching method is based on practice, practice, practice. The best way to learn and understand maths is to do a series of questions with increasing difficulty after being taught the method. I believe in order to get the best results one must be able to apply their understanding to decipher which method each question requires. Economics is a subject I tend to teach by linking the different topics covered in the syllabus together which forms more of a solidified understanding. This means that questions are answered in a way that shows a deeper understanding of the topic and examples are used which is a key criteria to achieve the highest marks in economics. I also focus on writing style and step by step topic discussion to ensure each aspect of the question is being thoroughly answered with the efficient use any sources given.
