Charlie and I worked together at a local primary school where he was the Deputy Head. Whilst Charlie’s speciality is Mathematics he has the ability to cover a variety of subjects.

I witnessed an occasion where a handful of children were struggling to engage with mathematics so Charlie took them to a separate area and through using a pack of cards explained the processing of numbers which transformed their comprehension of mathematics. This showed an exceptional ability to engage students on a level to ignite their interest in a subject they had struggled with previously.

I have known Charlie as an exceptionally gifted teacher for over 25 years and he has great natural talent to bring out the very best in his pupils achieving excellence results in learning and developing confidence in themselves.
