About Maya
Hi I'm Maya. 20 years old with a huge passion for fitness. I have trained in kickboxing for nearly 10 years, I am a 2nd degree black belt and I have a few titles under my belt including national, European and world titles. I love anything fitness related especially gym and running. I love eating healthy and very clean and I also try to live a non-tox life where I can

I have done kickboxing for nearly 10 years, and have taught for around 6 years. I studied sports and exercise science at college 2 years ago and also have a lvl 2 gym instructor qualification. I'm looking to help all kinds of people reach their goals!
