About Caitlin
I am a recent Kinesiology graduate from McMaster University, where I competed for the Women's Volleyball team for 5 years. I specialized in courses based around sport coaching, fitness, well-being and nutrition. I will be continuing my volleyball career as a professional athlete in the fall.

I am a hands on, enthusiastic coach with a passion for what I do. Classes are open to everyone, but I have spent most of my time on the high performance sport spectrum. A typical class will involve theory for understanding and then lots of physical activity to learn the practical side of things.
