I am a Martial artist and an athlete who has been into fitness for over 20 years. I received my honorary black belt when i was just 12 years old. I will not just be a trainer but your workout partner.

The class will mainly focus on flexibility, stamina building, building muscle strength, balance, concentration and focus.
The class will be divided into 2 to 3 sessions. 1st session concentrates on cardio, 2nd session on abdominal strength, 3rd session on muscle strength.
Yoga and flexibility training on every alternate days.
