About Mandy
I graduated with an upper second class in LLB Law in July 2019, and I am starting a human rights Masters in September. I achieved an A* in Sociology in my A-Levels, and I am very keen and able to share my knowledge and skills to current students.
Through my studies, I have developed excellent analytical and essay writing skills, both of which are essential to studying Sociology. Moreover, I continued to further my knowledge of Sociology throughout my degree studies, and based my dissertation on the Societal perception of children's abilities, which referenced various aspects of Sociology and social studies.

I am a very friendly, calm and patient person which is reflected within my teaching methodology, and I will adapt my teaching methods to meet the individual student's own needs.
I take a fairly interactive approach to teaching, and I like to teach through discussion, to engage the student and encourage them to expand their thinking to be more analytical and perceptive. I also use mini quizzes, flash cards and mind-maps as I find that these methods engage students of all ages very effectively, and enable them to break down their thoughts and opinions. I will also offer in-depth assistance in essay writing.
