About Devika
Currently, I am a Law graduate from the University of Nottingham, and English Literature was a great subject to help me get to where I am today! I love reading which is why I also love the subject, so you will always find me really excited about our lessons, maybe too much so! However, I also know that the subject isn't for everyone, and that's fine too. I studied A Level English Literature and I received an A*, so I know a thing or two about the subject ;). I like to think I'm approachable and I'm hoping that I will be able to help you achieve your utmost potential.

My method of teaching depends on who I'm teaching and what works best for them. I have loads of techniques and tips that I have picked up whilst studying or that I have developed myself through studying English Literature that I can't wait to share! The main aims will be to improve writing technique, rather than content, however, I am flexible and will provide both if necessary. For my own A Level English Literature, I received an A*, so I must know a thing or two ;).
Currently, I'm tutoring GCSE and A Level English Literature students, however, may take some KS3 students too.
Average lessons will be 30 mins to 1 hour a week depending on necessity, but this is also flexible to whatever suits you.
