About Thirah
I am very passionate with history. I am a strong believer of the quote, "my biggest enemy is myself". To most people, history is about reading, memorising etc etc. However,I like to keep things as simple as possible especially it's the type of things that gonna get me an A+. 'Read, understand,relate', that's all.
I just want more students to have the love for history and not just simply to pass the subject for the sake of SPM. And my way of doing that is by conducting an enjoyable and fun class.

I was one of the nerds who has deep interest in history while most of my other friends hated it. My study technique was simple; read, understand, relate. This method worked well with me ( I never got less than an A- in any exams for this subject) and my friends who I tutored before we sat for SPM as well as my recent tutees. Even so, I am very flexible in my technique if it does not work. We will find what works for you.
I have been tutoring since high school, a volunteered tutor for underprivileged SPM students with 2 years experience and a tutor.
My typical length of a session is one hour minimum and two hours maximum.
I teach history for SPM students, Form 4 and Form 5.
