About Robert
I am a British Army Warrant Officer with 18 years of practical experience; who has a background in teaching and learning. I also hold a BA (Hons) in Leadeship and Management. I train leaders daily and keep fully up to date with current practices.
During this time I have Honed my skills at the Infantry Training Centre Catterick, the training establishment for infantry recruits.
The Infantry Battle School, the home of career development for all infantry Officers, senior and junior non commissioned officers.
British Army Training Unit Kenya, teaching, mentoring and advising both Kenyan and British soldiers.
I was also part of the leadership development committee within my unit.
All of this had allowed me to engage with a wide variety of student and test many methods to get the best results both practicability and academically.

My teaching approach is purely based in the student. I employ both academic and practical tasks to allow each student to reach their goals. Each student learns differently and as such we explore all areas and methods of learning. We will discuss this in our first session.
