About Jorge
I’ve been training bi-lingual cooks for more than a decade in high-end kitchens in Philadelphia and Bolivia, learning multiple types of cuisines. Learn all the secrets, techniques, and ingredients behind the most iconic kitchens in the city in Spanish and English! I’m a native Bolivian who has been living in America for the past 13 years. My experience learning English later in life has prepare me to understand the best practices for picking up a new language. I’m also an easy going guy who loves to joke around.

I will be teaching a cooking class in Spanish, learning dishes, ingredients, cooking method and history of the dish/cuisine. I will also incorporate students interests into additional conversational topics. My classes will be hands on, engaging and fun for all ages!
