About Jatin

A Comp. Sc. engineer from BITS and a Business Analyst who quit his desk job to pursue a career in the Outdoors. Traveled in the Himalayas, trekked up Mt. Everest Base Camp solo.

Studied Experiential Education and Positive Psychology.

Now, I'm an Outdoor educator and a well-being coach.

I work in the areas of:
* Growth (Personal & Organisational)
* Nature & Outdoors

About the lesson

I work on behavioural changes. And I believe, that doesn't happen with just learning about concepts, watching motivational videos or reading.

My teaching methodology is hands-on experiential education.

I try to take my participants through an experience or conversation, and then enter into reflections and eventually, change.

I derive a lot of my learnings from my studies on the subject of Positive Psychology.
